Cookie Policy — Website

This Cookie Policy explains how Ivy Consulting BV, trading as Ivy Relations (“IVY”, “we”), Brasschaatselei 9, 2950 Kapellen, Belgium, hermes@ivyrelations.com, uses cookies on truth.dare.love (the “Website”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data, your rights and how to exercise them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a defined period), and can be set by IVY (first-party) or by our service providers (third-party). We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage.

2. Which cookies do we use, and on what basis?

Strictly necessary cookies are placed on the basis of Article 129 of the Belgian Electronic Communications Act, without consent. All other cookies are placed only after you have given your consent via the cookie banner on your first visit. You can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by clearing the ivy-cookie-consent entry in your browser storage or through your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

2.1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies and storage entries are required for the Website to function (authentication, keeping your place in the game, storing your cookie preferences). They cannot be disabled via the cookie banner.

2.2. Analytic cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to understand how visitors use the Website (pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, approximate location, referring source) and to improve its content and performance. Reporting is aggregated. Google may transfer data to the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you refuse or withdraw consent, no analytics cookies are placed; this does not affect your use of the Website, although blocking strictly necessary cookies through your browser may impair certain functions.

3. Managing cookies

You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner on your first visit, and at any time through your browser settings, where you can delete cookies or block them from being set. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent GA4 tracking.

4. Changes to the cookie policy

IVY may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when cookies are added or removed or legal requirements change. The current version, with its “Last updated” date, is published on this page.
